What This Is
Morning Tantra Practice is a guided, audio-only embodiment and meditation session rooted in somatic awareness, breath, simple movement, and introspective reflection. It’s a gradual tuning of your body, breath, and mind — a daily reset that helps you open into your inner wisdom, calm the habitual chatter of the mind, and step into your day with clarity and grounded energy.

What Happens in a Session
Each morning includes:
- Embodiment practice — gentle cueing of breath, posture, and sensation
- A short guided meditation — to settle the nervous system and sharpen attention
- A gratitude or intention focus — what serves you today
- Simple guidance in moving energy through the body — awakening felt aliveness
All practices are non-sexual, accessible, and appropriate for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. The emphasis is on felt awareness, not physical achievement.
