Introduction to Tantra: Level 3

The venue is at my beautiful home in the Santa Cruz area. Space is limited; please pay in advance to save your spot. Singles and couples are welcome.

The Level 3 class is a simple and safe container in which to learn to have healthy boundaries, healthy desires, clear communication and have fun with fellow students who are also on the path of learning Tantra. We’ll take the theory and practice we learned in Level 1 and Level 2 and engage in deeper practices designed to get you ready for pujas and other advanced workshops. Focus will be centered around consensuality, presence with ourselves and others, finding our voice for invitation and boundary setting, and energy awareness.

This introductory class demonstrates the art of conscious connecting. We practice connection and intimacy through playful interactions using simple exercises. With the half day immersion, there is more opportunity to practice and discover. Boundaries and individual pace are fully encouraged and respected. This is a clothes-on event.
